The total first-year cost of a new website for your council with an ".org.uk" domain name, with free technical support and updates (for instance the Minutes) which you can e-mail to me, is £290. The free period for technical support and updates is for one year, after that its £100 yearly. Or if you post your Minutes and Notices etc to the website yourself (we will show you how), the charge will be £390 all-in.
Instead of an ".org.uk" suffix, you can have a ".gov.uk" domain name at extra cost (around £100 plus VAT for 2 years).
If you already have a domain name then these rates could be reduced, please contact us for more details.
These rates can only be held for the next 5 websites which we create because we must be more realistic and charge the "going rate" in future.
We believe that every parish councils should have a place on the internet for the benefit of local people and for visitors from far and wide. Please contact me to discuss this proposal without obligation. Incidentally we do not ask for any payment until your website is up and running, (unless you require a "gov.uk" domain name and if we pay for it on your behalf).
